Public Works Laborer - Temporary

Public Works maintains streets, parks, a public water and sewer system, collects trash and conducts snow removal.  Mechanical ability, operation and maintenance of specialized heavy equipment, and a CDL preferred.   Hourly rate with no benefits except as required by law.   Applications are available on the Borough Website or in person at Borough Hall, 30 N. Borough Administrator

Population 2,600; $4.1 M budget, $1.37 M water/sewer budget.  Seeking full-time administrator.  Responsible for day-to-day operations, including personnel management, budget control and preparation, departmental oversight, public relations, grant project administration, labor negotiations, COAH oversight, staff support to Council committees and advice to the Borough Council on administrative, strategic planning and policy matters.  MPA and 4 years management experience in government required.  Salary to be determined based on education and experience. Crossing Guards

At the location of North Main Street and Delaware Avenue. Maximum 1 hour every school day afternoon M-F starting at 3:25 pm. Training will be provided by the Police Department.
