2006 Revaluation Information

The Borough has completed its revaluation of all real property for 2006. In looking at your new assessed values for 2006, it is very important that you look at the total valuation and not as a separate land/improvement value. The land value for assessment purposes represents the neighborhood land in which your property is located as well as topography, site improvements and any other influential factors pertinent to its location.  The improvements are the cost to replace value of your particular structure or structures. Any basis for appeal is based on the total value and not separate land or improvement values.
