The Planning and Zoning Office accepts and processes applications for site plans, subdivisions and variances for the Planning Board. The Zoning Officer reviews and approves construction projects and advises if a variance or site plan is needed.

The Planning Board is a combined Zoning and Planning Board. Meetings are held the Second Wednesday of every month at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Building, 30 North Main Street.
