Class B – Person knowledgeable, or with a demonstrated interest, in local history and who may reside out the municipality.
Class C – Resident of the Borough. At least one Class C member shall be a homeowner within the Historic District.
Class D – Person who owns a business or commercial property located in the Borough.Alternate – Shall meet the requirements of Class C members.
