Borough of Pennington
Mandatory Water Restrictions
Due to the persistent dry conditions, Pennington Borough must implement immediate water restrictions. Lawn watering and other non-essential uses are prohibited until further notice. Flowers, shrubs, vegetable gardens or newly seeded/sodded lawns may be watered after 6:00 p.m. and before 9:00 a.m. on an odd/even basis. Addresses with an odd number may water on odd days of the month and even numbered addresses may water on even days of the month.
Violations of any of these articles is subject to a fine of $100.00 for the first violation, $200.00 for the second violation and $500.00 for any and all subsequent violation.
